Description

The electrodes are resistant to hot cracking. The weld metal is resistant to intergranular corrosion at temperatures up to 300°C. The content of the ferrite phase in the deposited metal in the initial state after welding is 2.5…4.5% (FN 4-8). Can be used in all spatial positions, except vertical from top to bottom.

Suitable for welding stainless steel grades: 08X18H10 (AISI 304), 08X18H10T (AISI321), 12X18H10T. Suitable for welding thin sheet metals operated at temperatures up to 300°C.

Baking welding electrodes before welding for 1 hour at a temperature of 300°C.
