The international company “RSE” was founded in 2015 with the aim of meeting the need of the UAE market for high-quality welding consumables for the construction of multi-storey residential and commercial buildings. In all areas of the development of the UAE, only highly qualified specialists work and the best materials from all over the world are used, so RSE’s policy from the first day of work was aimed at achieving high quality products.
The company is headquartered in Business Center, AI Shmookh Building, UAQ Free Trade Zone, Umm AI Quwain, U.A.E. The company includes several departments with highly qualified managers, service and inspection engineers. Aware of the needs of our customers, we are constantly working to modernise production and improve service. All this allows us to remain a strong and competitive company.
Productive capacity
Today the company has its own production of welding consumables on the territory of two countries. One is located in Umm Al Quwain, UAE to supply the Arab market (UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia) and some European countries (Germany, Czech Republic, Poland), the other is located in China to supply products to China, India and Russia.
The total capacity of the two factories for the production of finished products is more than 300,000 tons per month.

Activities in the Russian Federation
RSE has been supplying welding materials to the Russian Federation since 2015 and metallurgical products since 2016. Representative offices have been opened in Dubai (UAE) and Novosibirsk (Russia).
We supply our products all over the world, but today we are more focused on the Russian market. In Russia, there is a wide network of dealers and product warehouses, which allows us to deliver goods as quickly as possible anywhere in the country.
Our experience and accumulated production potential allow us to continuously increase our production volumes, expand our product range and increase our market presence.
We work in two key business areas – produce welding consumables and metallurgical products.
Manufacture Welding Consumables
Our main strengths are affordability and product quality, which is why we use the services of certified laboratories for quality control. All our products are standardised according to international AWS and ISO standards.
We maintain the optimal range of welding products, while promoting and strengthening the key and most demanded positions on the market. All products go through several stages of production optimization and multiple testing. Only in this way can we achieve an optimal cost of production and, therefore, a low final product price at a high quality. All our products are standardized according to international AWS and ISO standards.

Metallurgical products
Our second direction of business is metallurgical products. Since 2016, RSE has established itself as a reliable supplier of metallurgical products from special steel grades.
We offer favorable conditions for custom manufacturing metallurgical products. Our customers are the largest factories and enterprises in Russia. Our products are widely used in the power engineering, shipbuilding, oil and gas industries.
We pay special attention to the quality of the shipped billets and are interested in continued cooperation. All our products are strictly controlled and comply with GOST and TU.
