Regional Dealer Network Development Manager

What is to be done:

  • Actively attracting customers, processing incoming leads;
  • Development of a dealer network throughout the Russian Federation;
  • Building your client base;
  • Support of the full sales cycle from call to delivery.

 

Our wishes to the candidate:

  • Successful experience in active sales for at least 1 year;
  • Higher / incomplete higher education;
  • Business negotiation skills;
  • Knowledge in the field of welding consumables is desirable;
  • Active life position, competent speech, purposefulness;
  • Desire to earn.

  • Working hours 5/2, 09:00 – 18:00;

Sales Manager

The main task:

  • Implementation of the sales plan and monthly increase in team performance!

 

Key requirements:

  • Experience in starting a sales team from scratch (assemble and train a team);
  • Successful experience of working with remote employees;
  • Willingness, under any circumstances, to fulfill the sales plan of the department entrusted to you;
  • Successful experience in finding clients and closing deals, in “cold sales” for at least 2 years.

 

What is to be done:

  • Active search and attraction of clients, formation and development of the client base;
  • Development of a dealer network throughout the Russian Federation;
  • Monitoring and analysis of the market of partners and competitors;
  • Support of the full sales cycle from call to delivery;
  • Control the correct maintenance of B24 CRM by sales managers;
  • Listen to the conversations of sales managers for further correction (training) and rewards;
  • Reporting, data analysis and preparation of an action plan.
