Electrodes with rutile-cellulose type of coating are intended for welding low-carbon and low-alloy steels in all spatial positions with direct and alternating current
Electrodes provide excellent manufacturability of the welding process due to the superstability of the welding arc and minor losses during spraying. They are easy to separate slag due to the ease of both the first and repeated ignition. The electrode is well suited for welding tack seams.
Application:
They are suitable for welding low carbon and low alloy steels. They are widely used in shipbuilding, construction, engineering.
Attention:
Welding can emit fumes and gases that are hazardous to health!
Avoid inhaling these fumes and gases!
Ensure proper ventilation!
Wear eye and body protection in an appropriate way!
Note:
Welding electrodes do not require calcination before welding.
In case of humidification drying (calcining) before welding is 30 min at the temperature of 120°C.
