The electrodes are characterized by high welding and technological properties. The iron powder content allows for a stable arc with minimal spatter. Easy slag removal.
High-quality seam with high Toughness at low temperatures (up to -30°C).
Increased plasticity. The deposited metal is resistant to cracking.
They can be used in all spatial positions.
Welding electrodes RS 48.18 by AWS A5. 1: E7018 /
comply with ISO 2560-A: E42 3 In 31 H5, GOST 9467-75: E50A, analogue ESAB OK-48.00
Application:
They are suitable for welding critical structures made of carbon and low alloy steels.
They are used in construction, shipbuilding, welding of pipes, boilers, pressure vessels
Attention:
Welding can give off fumes and gases hazardous to health!
Avoid inhaling these fumes and gases!
Ensure proper ventilation!
Special eye, body and respiratory protection must be used!
General guidance:
Calcination of welding electrodes before welding lasts for 1 hour at a temperature of 350°C.
The surface must be cleaned of rust, oil and other impurities before welding.
